Hi Leah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hi, I’m Leah. I started LeahLASH Studio out of my passion for beauty, especially eyelash artistry, and my desire to help women feel confident. I quickly realized that eyelash extensions aren’t just a beauty upgrade, they’re essential for anyone who wants to look polished and save time every day.
After earning my license and diving deep into advanced lash techniques, I traveled overseas to learn the latest trends and bring them back home. From working in salons to running a small suite, I personally serviced hundreds of clients along the way. The demand grew so fast that I couldn’t take any more new clients, which inspired me to open LeahLASH Studio, creating opportunities not just for me, but for other talented lash artists too.
I chose The Colony for our first commercial studio, building it out in late 2020 during COVID. Since then, we’ve served thousands of clients, continued expanding our range of eyelash options to suit every client’s style, and I also launched LeahLASH Supply, providing premium products to lash stylists locally and statewide.
Now, five years later, LeahLASH Studio is recognized for premium lash services and a strong team. As we head into 2026, we’re excited to continue expanding our brand and setting the standard in the lash industry.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been easy, opening and managing your own studio comes with its ups and downs. I’ve learned little by little, day by day, to improve and grow both as a business owner and a lash artist. Some of the biggest challenges were getting our brand out there and introducing it to the community, as well as finding talented stylists and providing proper training to ensure every client is in good hands. Building awareness, gaining trust, and creating a strong, skilled team took time and persistence, but each step helped us grow stronger and more focused on delivering the best experience possible.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality, professional lash services in a welcoming and trusted environment.

Answer:
We specialize in eyelash extensions, from natural sets to highly customized styles. We also offer a membership savings plan, making lash services more affordable and encouraging regular care. Most of our clients are members who visit every two weeks to maintain their lashes consistently.

Answer:
We are known for precision, quality, and innovation in lash artistry. Our signature is creating lashes that are both beautiful and comfortable, tailored to each client’s eyes. We are also recognized for our training programs and our line of premium lash products, helping elevate the skills of lash stylists across Texas.

I am most proud of the strong team we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned with our clients. We have grown from a small suite to a full commercial studio, serving thousands of clients, and launched LeahLASH Supply to support other stylists. Our brand represents quality, professionalism, and leadership in the lash industry.
6. What do you want our readers to know about your brand, offerings, services, etc?
Answer:
LeahLASH Studio focuses exclusively on one beauty service – eyelash extensions. We want to be the first “lash home” clients think of when seeking professional lash services. We are not a nail salon or a spa that offers lashes as an add-on; we are dedicated solely to eyelash extensions. Our clients can expect professional stylists, premium products, a well-known and trusted brand, and an exceptional experience every time.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My husband, Jon, has been my biggest supporter from day one. One day I shared the idea that I wanted to learn about eyelash extensions, and he immediately encouraged me, saying it was a perfect fit and a great idea. The very next morning, we began researching, and that’s how it all started. As my schedule became fully booked, Jon knew it was the right time to expand and encouraged me to open my own studio. As a co-founder of LeahLASH, he has been a crucial part of this journey, helping bring our vision to life and supporting me every step of the way.
