I have always been ambitious in doing things in a way that truly reflects who I am,, growing up as a young child I was passionate about everything beauty and that has been part of me, when I decided to pursue my dream, I went all out to make sure I achieved it.
Fast forward to when I started my salon/spa,
I’ve always believed that skincare is more than just products—it’s about creating a space where people feel seen, relaxed, and cared for. Here’s how my path unfolded, from my early days in salon business to running a cozy spa today.
I started with a simple spark: a fascination with how small skin rituals can transform to how someone feels about themselves. I studied esthetics, learned the science behind skin, and trained under seasoned professionals who showed me the art of listening to clients as much as treating their skin. As I navigate esthetics I realized that success isn’t only about great facials—it’s about trust, atmosphere, and consistency.
My first space was humble but full of intention. I rented a small, suite, designed it to feel like a retreat rather than a clinic, and offered a concise menu: a few signature facials, brow shaping, and gentle waxing. The priorities were sanitation, comfort, and personalized attention. Word of mouth grew as clients left with not just smoother skin but a feeling of renewal.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth journey, the road to success is never a smooth, attaining a greater height in the beauty industry is tough but if you know your WHY? from the beginning of your journey you will be determined to keep pushing and never give up, your WHY is the question you ask yourself whenever you feel discouraged, why did I start this journey? Did i start to fail or stop on the way? If your answer is NO then you’ll have no reason to quit when the going gets tough. Major struggle is building clientele, and having them trust your treatment.

I’d say the most important quality is genuine empathy paired with active listening. When you truly hear a client—their concerns, goals, and even their fears—you can tailor treatments, set realistic expectations, and create a calming, trustworthy experience that keeps people coming back.
