Hi Robert, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
The Cinco de Mayo Garland UNITY FEST was inspired to bring our community together and showcase our local entrepreneurs, business owners, local leaders’ artists, and musicians. Our main focus is to connect with our community by providing a safe and healthy environment for all attendees, vendors, and partners.
The Unity Fest also helps us shine a light on the power of UNITY between people of all races, colors, or ethnicity.
The pandemic left everyone needing change. Statistics show that during the first year of the pandemic depression cases tripled across the nation. In order to bring positive news and events, local business owners hosted the first-ever
Cinco de Mayo Garland Unity Fest in 2021. A free community event showcasing local talent and businesses.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We’ve had a great response after the first event and hope to have an even better turnout this year.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a full-time REALTOR. I specialize in Listing and Selling residential and commercial properties. I volunteer my time to the Unity Fest by organizing the event and helping all partners with registration. I even do design and marketing for our organization. It is all about giving back to our community.
What do you think about happiness?
Seeing others succeed. Being able to help others reach levels that they thought unimaginable.
