Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Sania Baig, and I have over 13 years of experience in digital marketing. My journey started very humbly—I began my career working for free as an intern at a marketing agency. Within three months, that role turned into a full-time position, and from there, everything accelerated.
Over the years, I worked my way through some of the top advertising agencies in the nation, partnering with large enterprise brands, high-growth startups, and celebrity-founded companies. I was fortunate to gain exposure across industries and channels early on, which gave me a deep, well-rounded understanding of what actually drives growth.
At 27 years old, I became a Director at The Dallas Morning News, where I led my first team and managed large-scale marketing initiatives. My final corporate role was serving as Vice President of Marketing for a marketing firm in Los Angeles, overseeing strategy, performance, and team leadership at a national level.
After working with 500+ businesses and seeing firsthand what worked—and what didn’t—my husband and I decided to start Kinseb Marketing. We built the agency to bring enterprise-level strategy, execution, and care to brands that want to grow sustainably. Everything I learned throughout my career—from agencies, media companies, and executive leadership—now goes directly into helping our clients scale smarter and more efficiently.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Owning a business is not easy, and there are many challenges that don’t always show up from the outside. That said, it has been incredibly rewarding to work for myself and build something special from the ground up.
One of the biggest challenges has been building a business that can truly scale—especially learning how to delegate and trust others with work that I care deeply about. Letting go of control doesn’t happen overnight, but surrounding myself with the right people has made all the difference. I’m grateful to have an incredible team, and their talent and support have made the journey much more manageable. Our clients are happy, and we continue to grow and scale in a way that feels intentional and sustainable.
On a personal level, balancing business ownership with family life has also been a challenge. We started Kinseb when we had one son, and now we have two little boys, so learning how to be fully present as both a founder and a mom has taken real effort and constant adjustment.
Despite the challenges, we couldn’t be happier. The growth, the team we’ve built, and the life we’re creating make every step worth it.
