Today we’d like to introduce you to Seany Webster
Hi Seany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been in the healthcare field in just about every capacity for the past 20 years. I’ve done clinical, revenue cycle management, managerial but could not identify with just one area. I could never find a position that would allow me to actively explore all areas with an autonomy to bring change and resolution. The corporate structure is such that my particular set of talents and my personality for transformation was not fostered. Corporate is a pretty immovable structure. I then created my company! No corporate structure, just talent and resolution transforming things done my way.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth. Absolutely not! lol lol lol. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. It has been the opposite of smooth and I welcomed it. I liken myself to the structure I described. But, there was a part of me that’s bigger than the structure and I had to allow this person to exist and breathe in ways I have not. She has to not only live but thrive outside of the norm.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Seany Webb Corp?
Seany Webb is a project management company that focuses on results. As companies grow and expand, they understand they have a need for results and not necessarily the control of how the results are obtained and that’s where I come in. Companies tell me the need and I create the project that speaks to the need and follow it through completion. As a virtual project manager, I remove the company from the day to day management of a project but still yield the results they need. I have formed relationships with experts in their field and get the job done.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Remain open to learning. I have fostered some of the best relationships with people I have learned from. Go outside of everything that you know and you should never be the smartest person in your circle.
