Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I used to have a gas station before 2000 then I got to this Romance Store business in 2001 and sold all my gas station and stick to this one since then . Love to help customers for their sexual frustrations with state of the art sexual devices! And it is somewhat marriage counseling spot .
I am married with beautiful wife Daviana , two daughters Natasha and Sandra and son Akshay
My two daughters are now learning to run my business and their dream to make our Romance Store franchise business one day .
We have right now two locations to serve Fort Worth Metroplex and open 24/7 , soon we are opening in Dallas .
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like any other’s business this has ups and down city permits locations depending where you want to open.
Business can’t be smooth road if it is then it is not a business lol !
We’ve been impressed with Romance store , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I still manage all my business last 6 months I am teaching my two daughters I how to manage how to do A plus customers service letting them know your customers is your wealth !
We have now 11 employees working for us , our business is all about customer service we go all out for the customer service if we don’t have the certain products we make sure either we get it from our online shop or order them if we don’t have them !
100 % customer satisfaction we don’t worry about other competitors because we only know how to satisfy our customers.
How do you think about luck?
I don’t believe in good & bad luck, I always believe in one and one thing only is in life whatever you do good or bad that will determine your destiny.
Your bad decision will break you and your good decision will make you !
