Hi Shawn, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Imaginative since I was a little boy, I always dreamed of what could be. I’m still constantly dreaming. After university, I interned at an advocacy marketing group. I’ve always been firmly rooted in making a difference with every step I take. I started Nicolai/Fitzgerald with a former coworker and friend, and our goal is to continue to have an impact everywhere we go with all that we do.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course where there is a goal, there will be speed bumps. We have to be mindful of what work we really believe can have an impact, especially knowing the money might not be readily available.

We specialize in building brands intended to change the world. Our passion for the projects we take on is next level. We spend countless hours thinking about the possibilities and planning for the big reveal. We treat every project as if it were do-or-die.
