Today we’d like to introduce you to Sherley Delia.
Hi Sherley, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story began with survival, but it has become a body of work rooted in language, healing, scholarship, and sacred return.
I am Sherley Delia, M.A., founder of Healing Majestically Consultancy, author, Ph.D. candidate, speaker, and healing-centered creative. My work emerged from my own lived experience of reclaiming voice, dignity, faith, and embodiment after trauma, illness, grief, and deep life transition. What began privately became a public calling: to create work that helps women name what they have survived, honor what they know, and return to themselves with tenderness, power, and clarity.
Healing Majestically was born from the kind of sacred, intellectually honest, and emotionally grounded space I once needed. My work lives at the intersection of story, body, spirit, culture, and restoration. It is shaped by rigorous study, lived wisdom, ancestral memory, and a deep devotion to women becoming whole again.
Writing has been one of my most powerful forms of medicine and witness. Through my books, I explore healing, alchemy, self-love, ancestral restoration, and the beauty of becoming whole after rupture. Each book carries a piece of testimony, but also a larger invitation: to remember that our stories are not merely records of what happened to us. They can become maps, prayers, evidence, and medicine.
I got here by refusing to abandon myself. I got here by honoring the women before me, trusting the intelligence of my own lived experience, and turning what was meant to silence me into voice, vision, service, and legacy.
My story is still unfolding, but at its core, it is about transformation, sacred authorship, and the audacity to come home to myself on my own terms.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My road has not been smooth, but it has made me exacting, awake, and deeply devoted to the work of turning lived experience into language, healing, and legacy.
There were seasons when I had to rebuild quietly, without applause, certainty, or the comfort of being fully understood. I have moved through trauma, grief, illness, financial uncertainty, silence, and the private work of becoming whole while still carrying the weight of what I had survived.
One of the greatest struggles was reclaiming my voice. When life has tried to make you small, ashamed, or invisible, language becomes more than expression. It becomes restoration. Writing gave me a way back to myself. Healing work taught me how to listen to my body. Spiritual practice reminded me that my life was never without meaning, even in the moments that felt most unclear.
Professionally, I have also had to build without always having immediate access to the resources, recognition, or support that my vision deserved. I learned how to keep creating when the room was quiet. I learned how to honor my work before it was validated. I learned how to protect the sacredness of my calling while still having the courage to let it be seen.
Those struggles did not harden me. They refined me. They gave me discernment, emotional depth, creative authority, and a more intimate understanding of what women carry in silence. I do not romanticize pain, but I do believe in transformation. I believe in the quiet discipline of beginning again. I believe in becoming the evidence of your own healing.
So no, it has not been smooth. But it has been powerful, clarifying, and necessary. Every chapter has shaped the woman, writer, scholar, healer, and visionary I am still becoming.
As you know, we’re big fans of Healing Majestically Consultancy. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Healing Majestically Consultancy is a healing-centered, story-based, and spiritually grounded brand devoted to women’s restoration, voice, embodiment, and sacred self-return.
At its core, my work is about helping women come back to themselves after trauma, grief, silence, shame, illness, and life transitions. I specialize in creating spaces where women can name what they have survived, honor what they know, and begin to see their own story as a source of wisdom rather than a wound they have to keep hiding.
Healing Majestically lives at the intersection of storytelling, ancestral wisdom, embodied healing, public scholarship, creative expression, and women’s spiritual restoration. Through my writing, speaking, workshops, books, and healing-centered offerings, I help women reconnect with their voice, body, intuition, dignity, and power. My work is known for being intimate, poetic, intellectually grounded, and deeply honest. It carries both softness and strength.
What sets Healing Majestically apart is that it does not approach healing as a trend, performance, or quick fix. This work is lived. It is studied. It is embodied. It is rooted in real experience, rigorous reflection, ancestral memory, and a deep understanding of what it means to become whole after rupture. I bring together the scholar, the writer, the advocate, the healer, and the woman who has had to become the evidence of her own restoration.
Brand-wise, I am most proud that Healing Majestically has become a language in its own right. It is elegant, spiritual, honest, sensual, ancestral, and powerful. It permits women to heal without shrinking, to be soft without being silent, and to be fully seen without apologizing for the depth of what they carry.
My offerings include books, speaking, healing-centered workshops, narrative and reflective practices, women’s restoration work, and creative scholarship. I also use my platform to speak about healing, self-love, embodiment, trauma recovery, ancestral wisdom, HIV alchemy, women’s health, and the sacred process of returning home to oneself.
What I want readers to know is that Healing Majestically is more than a brand. It is a body of work, a testimony, and an invitation. It is for the woman who has survived what others may never fully understand, yet still feels called to live beautifully, speak boldly, and heal on her own terms.
Any big plans?
The future feels expansive, intentional, and beautifully aligned.
I am in a season of building with greater precision, greater visibility, and greater devotion to the work I know I am here to do. My plans include continuing to grow Healing Majestically Consultancy as a healing-centered brand rooted in storytelling, women’s restoration, ancestral wisdom, embodiment, and sacred self-return.
I am looking forward to expanding my books, speaking engagements, workshops, podcast conversations, and public scholarship. I want to create more spaces where women can feel seen, strengthened, and spiritually held as they do the deeper work of reclaiming their voice, body, power, and story.
I am also planning to grow the creative and intellectual side of my work. That includes publishing more, speaking more, and developing offerings that blend healing, scholarship, ritual, narrative practice, and embodied wisdom in a way that feels elegant, useful, and deeply human.
One of the biggest changes I am moving toward is allowing my work to be seen on a larger scale. I have spent many years building, writing, studying, healing, and creating. Now I am entering a season where the work is ready to meet a wider audience.
What I am most looking forward to is expansion without losing intimacy. I want Healing Majestically to grow, but I want it to remain sacred, thoughtful, honest, and beautifully rooted. The future, for me, is about legacy, visibility, refinement, and continuing to become the woman my younger self needed to see.
