Hi Tandis, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Hello! My name is Tandis Esfandiari, and I’m originally from the Washington DC area! I first started making jewelry in my first year of high school (15 years old) and would literally sell my handmade pieces in the bathrooms/cafeteria between classes. I saw the demand (there would be lines of girls waiting to get their orders at school), so I made my website and started doing influencer/social media marketing. At the same time, I was growing my own audience on Instagram where I leveraged my following to gain awareness for my company! I now have 120k on Instagram and 500k on TikTok. I am best known for my comedic cooking videos which have garnered a large following. In addition to social media and jewelry creation, I am currently a rising senior at SMU studying business, majoring in marketing and minoring in advertising. Some of my other passions include singing, playing guitar + piano, and traveling!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The biggest challenge is staying innovative and keeping customer engagement. It’s important for me to make sure my content is always attractive and that I am positioned well in the market.

Ttejewelry is a jewelry company for all! We offer many gold-plated durable pieces that are meant to last. Our styles are current and can complement any outfit. I am most proud of being able to use my TikTok and Instagram following to keep my followers interested. I would like the readers to know our pieces are affordable, the perfect gift for a friend, and that we ship both nationally and internationally.
What’s next?
My future plans include increased marketing campaigns on TikTok, a new line in the near future, and many more photoshoots to update the website.
