Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanesha Badger.
Hi Tanesha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had an eye for photography. I would drive around seeing barns, roads, bridges and would instantly vision how I would pose a couple or a bride to be in that exact location. Back in 2011, I purchased my first Nikon camera. Didn’t think much of starting a business at the time. I was more so excited about capturing my kiddos. As time went on, I started asking friends and family members to practice on them and I would post their pics on FB. Pretty soon, I started receiving messages inquiring about my services. I was in shock yet excited to embark on this new adventure. After much thought, I made the decision to start my own freelance photography business and Tanesha Naté Photography was born!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
A pain point for me was learning to utilize this new toy and realizing you can’t survive with just one camera or lens! Boy was I in for a rude awakening.

Photography is a continually growing passion of mine and I am honored that you stopped by to view my work. I have been in the photography industry for nine years. I am located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. I am married and have three beautiful children who have grown to love the world of photography as well. I take great pride in my work and love working with people for all occasions. My strengths in photography is Maternity, Family, Individuals, Senior and Boudoir Sessions. I believe photography is an art form to which memories are captured and treasured forever!
How do you think about luck?
Good luck is on a sunny day hoping there’s shade around. Clouds are also my best friend.
