Hi Tondra, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m Tondra, the proud owner of Pretty Tasty Treats by Ton.
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and various DIYs. What started as a fun hobby 9 years ago for family and friends has now blossomed into a true passion of designing and bringing to life candy and treat buffet style tables for events of all types.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been entirely smooth. Since offering my services publicly is still relatively new, one of the biggest challenges has been building visibility and securing bookings. Balancing a full-time job and family responsibilities means I haven’t been able to prioritize social media or networking as much as I’d like, which has slowed that growth a bit.

I specialize in designing well thought out and on theme candy and treat tables for events of all sizes. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. From bridal showers to baby showers and more. I offer custom, high-quality treats and attention to detail that make each table a work of art.
I know that planning an event can be overwhelming, so my services allow me to create a memorable treat experience that will leave guests talking long after the event is over.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I believe that in order to be successful you must have a risk-appetite that is both a challenge to you but also beneficial for your own growth. Being an entrepreneur you expose yourself to financial risk, unfavorable feedback and potential failure. Experience is the best teacher and taking risks is a part of the journey.
