My name is Toska Smith Washington, and I am the CEO of Elite Fleet Drivers Organization. With over 15 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, my journey has been shaped by hands-on experience, industry expertise, and a passion for helping others build and scale their businesses.
My career began in 2012 as a co-owner operator of T K Express, where I gained firsthand experience managing trucking operations. Seeking to expand my expertise, I transitioned into a broker agent role for two years, learning the ins and outs of freight brokerage and industry networking.
In 2017, I moved to DFW, Texas, and continued working in logistics by driving for Patriot DSP for two years, followed by three years operating refrigerated box trucks for Tom Thumb Grocery in Arlington, Texas. When the company laid off drivers, I saw it as an opportunity to create something greater—an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering logistics professionals.
This led to the establishment of 360 Freight Systems, where I helped numerous logistics professionals navigate the complexities of the industry. Recognizing that new owner-operators need more than just a dispatcher, I wanted to create a platform that would provide education, resources, and strong industry connections to help them build sustainable businesses.
On March 3, 2025, I officially founded Elite Fleet Drivers Organization, a one-stop hub designed to equip new owner-operators with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to thrive in logistics. Our organization focuses on:
