We are in property management business. We are expert in residential homes purchase, sell, lease and management. In the business for 16 years

The property management itself is a challenging business. We have encountered numerous issues with property damage, issues with Moving in and out, and repairs. Our team has acquired the expertise to handle challenges in timely manner with right and creative solution

We specialize in residential property management services. We are proud in renting our homes at fast pace with right tenants. We are able to manage multiple situations with home including move-outs, move-ins, make readies, and several other projects.
What’s next?
VP Realty is looking to expand management services by offering an entire community for rent in North DFW area.

- 75% of First month rent as leasing fee
- $115 Monthly flat fee for management services
