Hidden Gems: Meet Beth Worman of Divinity ABA, LLC.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Beth Worman.

Hi Beth , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Divinity ABA: The Story of Our Founder, Beth Worman
At Divinity ABA, LLC, we take great pride in our story and the vision that sparked it. Our journey began with one woman’s passion to serve, empower, and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. That woman is Beth Worman, the founder and owner of Divinity ABA, LLC.

Beth brings decades of professional experience, specializing in Human Resources, Business Operations, and Administration. She holds a degree in the Science of Child Development and also has several years of hands-on experience working with children.

Before founding Divinity ABA, Beth was the co-founder and owner of a pediatric ABA Therapy Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. There, she and her team built a successful business in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing high-quality therapeutic services to children with ASD. This period of growth and service helped shape Beth’s vision for what would come later in her professional journey.

After years of learning, growing, and refining her approach to business in the autism therapy industry, Beth felt a clear calling to take her work to the next level. In early 2025, she made the decision to launch Divinity ABA, LLC, stepping into a new chapter of her professional life.

At the heart of Divinity ABA is the belief that every child is made in God’s image, with inherent worth and purpose. This core belief drives how services are delivered—not only through the science of ABA, but with love, patience, and understanding. Beth’s servant leadership style is central to the company’s culture, ensuring that every member of her team is treated with integrity, care, and respect.

Beth is deeply committed to building trust and lasting relationships with the families Divinity ABA serves. She believes that the best outcomes are achieved when therapists, families, and clients work together as a united team. Trust, collaboration, and open communication are vital to ensuring lasting progress.
Beyond the need for technical expertise, Beth understands that caring for children with autism requires emotional intelligence, compassion, and support. These principles form the foundation of Divinity ABA, LLC, where scientific evidence is balanced with heart-driven care.

Beth envisions Divinity ABA not just as an organization, but as a family of compassionate, skilled professionals united by a shared mission: to empower clients with the tools they need to succeed in their lives now and in the future. For Beth, the goal is not just to provide ABA services, but to offer a holistic approach that honors each child’s dignity with love, empathy, and respect.

Since its founding, Divinity ABA, LLC has experienced steady growth, yet Beth’s vision remains as strong as ever. She places a strong emphasis on the safety and well-being of all clients, the ongoing professional development of her team, and the cultivation of meaningful, lasting relationships with the families they serve. For Beth, the true measure of Divinity ABA’s success is the lasting impact it has on the lives of clients and their families.

Beth is hands-on in the day-to-day operations, working closely with the Executive Clinical Director, the therapy team, and families to ensure the mission and values of Divinity ABA are consistently upheld. What began as a personal calling has blossomed into a thriving organization that will continue to positively impact lives for years to come. The work Divinity ABA is doing is more than just therapy—it’s an opportunity to transform the lives of children and build a community rooted in hope, support, and meaningful connections.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For the most part it has been a smooth road only because I’ve done this before. So I knew how to set up and start the business. However, a challenge has been going up against the larger private equity ABA companies that have 40 plus centers in Dallas/Ft. Worth. I am only one center, so there is a lot of competition in this market with many ABA therapy clinics and companies. We have had to do a lot of marketing to get our brand out there and that is paying off now, as we are beginning to bring on new clients for therapy and hire therapists to join our team! Overall, it has been so much fun networking in the community, talking to people and working with other small companies, like mine and learning about their stories.

We’ve been impressed with Divinity ABA, LLC., but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At our core, we are a dedicated team passionate about helping children and families thrive through high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services. What truly sets us apart is our holistic, family-centered approach—we believe in partnering with parents, educators, and caregivers to create meaningful, lasting change for each child we serve.

Our best-in-class therapy center spans nearly 5,000 square feet and is thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse needs of the children and families we support. From specialized therapy rooms to dynamic play and learning areas, every part of our space promotes engagement, growth, and comfort in a safe, welcoming environment.

We’re proud to be known not just for our clinical expertise, but for the warmth, care, and creativity that define our brand. Our clinic is a supportive, engaging space where children feel safe to grow, learn, and build confidence. It’s important to us that every family who walks through our doors feels heard, empowered, and hopeful.

We’re also excited to share that we will soon be expanding our services to include speech therapy, occupational therapy, and family counseling. These additions will allow us to support families even more comprehensively and continue our mission of providing well-rounded, compassionate care.

We want Voyage Dallas Magazine readers to know that whether you’re navigating behavioral challenges or seeking additional support for your child’s development, our team is here to help—with experience, heart, and a deep commitment to helping families succeed.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I’m proud to say I grew up right here in Grapevine, Texas, and it means so much to have my business rooted in the very community that shaped me. Growing up, I loved spending time with friends and family. I’m also an identical twin, and music was a big part of our lives—we sang together in multiple choirs and choruses throughout our childhood.

My journey into the professional world started early. At just 16, I took on my first job as a part-time receptionist at a dental office after school. It was there I discovered how much I enjoyed connecting with people and realized I had a strong interest in the healthcare field. From there, I began working in childcare centers, eventually becoming a licensed daycare Director in the state of Texas.

In my early 20s, I transitioned into the corporate world in North Dallas, where I worked in administrative roles for several companies as a temp before being hired by a major telecommunications firm. Supporting two high-volume sales teams helped shape my career and taught me the value of strong leadership and organization. Over time, I moved into HR and talent acquisition, where I discovered my passion for recruiting and helping others grow professionally. My drive and dedication led me to become a VP of Administration.

In 2012, after a close family member was diagnosed with autism, I felt called to shift my focus. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about ABA therapy—from the ground up—and eventually opened my first autism therapy center. It was during this time that I realized my true purpose: combining my business background with my heart for service to create a safe, nurturing space for children to grow and for therapists to thrive. After seven meaningful years, I sold that business and stepped away from the autism space for a time, returning to HR recruiting with a global freight forwarding company. I loved the role and the new skills it brought me, but something in me knew I wasn’t done with the autism field.

That pull led me to launch Divinity ABA, a pediatric autism therapy center built on compassion, excellence, and the belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated. It’s more than a business—it’s a mission grounded in love, purpose, and a deep commitment to making a difference.
