Today we’d like to introduce you to Cadie Maganga
Hi Cadie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
It all started in Gabon, Africa where i was born. The desire for better education opportunities motivated me to travel to The USA. When i got to The USA it was different and while i was going to school, my tuition was taking care of by my family, there was need for me to do something to support my day to day bills. Braiding was an available option so i grabbed the bull by the horn and while i was an active braider, i observed the billions our communities spent in beauty related apparel and thus, the interest to invest, start a business was born.
Today we operate two locations with a good number of wonderful people from our community working with us. And yes, we offer the best service and products around here, probably reason why our clients are individuals who fly into Dallas from all over The country.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing about life is smooth. If ever u on a journey and you find it smooth, think again, u probably not investing in something that will change communities positively.
However my toughest struggle i think should be my background (Coming from africa, was a nurse, then…) and then transitioning to becoming the entrepreneur i am today.

We offer multiple braids and protective styling services to our clients and sell the best beauty products on the market in our store…We do braids, eyelashes and sell beauty supplies product. We specialize in all types of braids such micro, box braid, feeding etc…natural hair care and sewing. My proud as a company is we are in 2-in-1 beauty supply and hair salon shop. Great customer and taking proud of clean. Labelle Beauty isn’t your typical beauty supply we only put the best products on our shelves and we also use our platform to give back to our community. When customers shop with us, they can be assured that their money is well spent. We offer elite customer service and have been servicing some clients for more than ten years.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Nothing much as of now, i think i am an open book, a community builder. Besides been an entrepreneur i also try to serve my community in different capacities. one of which is my podcast The Cadie Show” My social media is always active, thus making sure the community know an enjoy not just the Labelle brand, but also Cadie Maganga.
