Hi Candace, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today. 
It’s been an absolute honor getting here to a place to be able to serve people with a quality personal healthcare experience. With over a decade of experience, after the pandemic, I saw our family’s and patient’s stress increase. Putting a huge burden on the family to try to maintain health, seek appropriate care when necessary, and feeling overwhelmed by the healthcare system that was already burdened. 

Families were having long waits, having to call in repeatedly to try to get an appointment, bring the entire family to a doctor’s appointment for one child just to get exposed to illness, and even forgoing medical treatment because the process was just too inconvenient. 

I saw the stress on people and families just trying to meet the basic needs of healthcare. 

And I wanted to change their experience by making convenient care that doesn’t compromise quality. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course not! Trying to do something in a new way will always have its challenges, but they have all been worth it! Initially, our biggest challenge was educating our community that we are mobile practice that serves you in your home with all the same testing and abilities as a brick-and-mortar clinic. Just like going to your doctor. There were a lot of questions from our early patients. But once they have their first appointment they most always say, “That was so easy! We will be using you again!”. And we LOVE seeing our patients again and getting to build a relationship with them!

We are a practice that provides pediatric and family healthcare from the comfort of your home, office, or school and via telehealth. We provide all the same testing and referrals that a brick-and-mortar clinic does by offering convenient care that doesn’t compromise quality. Our personal relationship with our patients sets us apart from other practices, allowing us to provide exceptional experience for our patients. 

I am the most proud of the quality of care and relationships we are able to provide our patients! This is always our number one focus and I feel like we are continuing to provide that with each patient encounter. 

The truth is our practice is much as a gift to us as it is to our patients. We went into our profession to help people, and the best way to do that is to create great relationships with our patients. And we get to have the best patient relationships we have ever had in our entire careers. So, thank you for letting us serve you. The pleasure is truly ours. 

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Being with my grandmother. Every warm feeling I have comes from my time with her, and I am truly thankful.
