Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Not everyone has the ability to obtain all the tools they will need to safely work on their vehicle. I started The Shop DIY Garage to provide all the necessary tools and equipment you would need to preform basic maintenance all the way to more in depth jobs like motor/transmission swaps, while saving money compared to taking your vehicle to a dealer. Here at The Shop DIY Garage, we’re always adding new tools and equipment to make the work you need to do easier, quicker and safer.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s never a smooth road starting a business on your own. It was definitely tough in the beginning, financially and personally. But, I am past that point now. The Shop is growing rapidly and is establishing itself in the community.

Here at The Shop DIY Garage, we provide all the necessary tools you will need to preform maientance/upgrades to your vehicle in a safe, clean environment while saving money!
What sets us apart from others is we want our customers to leave with more knowledge on how their vehicle operates. We’re here to assist our customers with any questions or concerns they have and give them pointers on how to correctly preform the job if needed.
Not everyone comes in knowing what exactly needs to be done, but they want to learn how. That is the part of the business i enjoy the most, seeing customers coming in wanting to learn more about how their vehicle works and how to maintain it, using our equipment to do the work correctly, leaving here with more knowledge and wanting to come back and do more because they’re confident in their abilities.
To all my new customers i always tell them, once you have your vehicle up in the air on our vehicle lifts, there is a lot things that may seem like a difficult task but in reality are not with the correct tools and equipment we provide for you. Having the ability to keep your vehicle operating safely, while saving money. All our customers leave with a smile on their face.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Being able to assist and provide for our customers to be successful and wanting to come back and preform more work with out being discouraged.
