Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Broome.
Hi Daniel, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started this business because I was having a tattoo mistake I made when I was 17 removed off of my arm at another clinic. I anticipated that I’d gain confidence from it being gone, but I didn’t anticipate how much confidence. It was life changing. And I thought to myself- “What a cool way to help other people!” Being a positive influence in people’s lives has always been a major priority for me.
The business has gotten to where it is today by following one simple concept: what’s best for the client is priority #1. Before profit, before anything else. I’ve found that in doing that, everything else falls in to place.
We also spare no expense in using industry leading technology. Customer service is also very important to us. We treat anyone that walks through our doors like family.
It’s amazing how far just doing right by people, and giving 110% effort in to helping them with what they’ve hired you to do, will get you. We take the responsibility of helping people VERY seriously. And try to make it as pleasant of an experience as we can for our clients.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There’s of course been obstacles and challenges. The level of service we provide, and at the scale we’re doing it demands a lot of work. Opening 3 locations in 3 years, being named Best Tattoo Removal Clinic in DFW the last 3 years in a row, and performing over 750 removal sessions a month is not something that happens without a ton of focus, effort, and challenges to overcome.
That being said, obstacles and challenges are unavoidable in life, regardless of the pursuit. Or lack of pursuit. Doing nothing creates challenges and obstacles too.
Believing in your mission, and recognizing the opportunity to test yourself and what you’re capable of is what makes life worth living. Knowing we’re changing people’s lives in a positive way makes it worthwhile.
When the “why” is strong, the “how” gets easier. Obstacles are inevitable. Overcoming them in pursuit of the greater good is a reward within itself.
