Hi Diane, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was always crafting, and I loved to decorate for Christmas as a child. I worked as a seasonal decorator for one of the well-known interior decorator companies in Dallas. I saw how shallow exclusivity and custom decorating were with companies catering to a large volume of customers, so after that year’s Christmas, I decided to start my Christmas decor business, which really focuses on providing the utmost exclusivity and sense of custom design to every client. I had a few good leads, but Christmas was definitely seasonal, so I decided to enter the fresh flower arrangement industry as my all-year-round business with the addition of seasonal decor such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and even Valentine’s Day.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any other business or profession, we all have to start at level 1 by establishing our reputation, integrity, network, and business ties with potential clients. It was undoubtedly not an easy journey.

It took a lot of effort to demonstrate the caliber of my work and the superior level of customer care I provided in order to gain the trust of each client I came into contact with.

Our floral business serves the discerning clientele that demands exquisite, one-of-a-kind floral arrangements with a strong emphasis on customer service. Every project we take on involves a lot of hands-on work, starting with design consulting and assisting customers in visualizing the floral project for their home, individual special occasion or office lobby’s table centerpiece.

Our highly attentive customer service is critical to our business; when clients come to us, we begin by brainstorming how we can bring their vision to life, then we create a few visual samples using the power of artificial intelligence to present the project’s outcome to the client so they know what to expect once the project is completed. For us, it is essential that we and the client are in agreement from the beginning to the end of each project.

Once the client has approved the visual examples, we begin putting everything to work. The amount of craftsmanship we put into each floral creation that leaves our design studio sets our product and service quality apart from the competition. The designs we create are always exclusive to its own recipient, no design is ever repeated or duplicated.
