Hi Fernando, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in this industry about 20 years ago knowing nothing about countertops. I got into a company where I had to learn everything from zero, and I did whatever was needed. I started polishing, fabricating, helping on installations, just learning step by step.
Over time, I learned the whole process, not just the work, but how the business runs. Eventually, I felt ready to take the risk and start my own team. I knew I had the experience, and I wanted to build something of my own.
Today, we have our own warehouse, all the machines we need, a showroom, and a great team of people who work hard and care about the company. We’re a family business that’s still growing, still learning, and always trying to get better.
It’s not easy. We try every day to give the best service possible. Sometimes there are problems, sometimes there’s stress and exhaustion, but resilience always wins. The desire to move forward, to improve, and to keep building something better is what keeps us going.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road at all. There have been a lot of hard moments. Learning everything from zero was tough. Starting a business is hard. Building a team, dealing with mistakes, money problems, stress, and pressure, all of that comes with it.
Some days are really heavy. Long hours, tired bodies, mental stress, and problems that don’t stop. But we keep going. We learn, we fix things, and we move forward. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We work with granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and quartz. We fabricate and install countertops, and we also do repairs. Everything is done by our own team.
What makes us different is how much we care about the work. We don’t just try to finish fast, we try to do it right. We pay attention to the details, we treat people with respect, and we take every job seriously, big or small.
People know us for being reliable and for doing clean, quality work. You can trust that we’ll show up, do the job right, and stand behind what we install.
What I’m most proud of is the team. We’re a family company, we work hard, and we care about what we build. At the end of the day, we just want people to feel good about choosing us for their countertops.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is resilience. You’re going to fall, you’re going to make mistakes, and things won’t always go your way, but what matters is getting back up every time. No matter how hard it gets, you keep moving, you keep learning, and you don’t quit. You may fall, but you always get up.
