Hi Jesus , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
First of all, I want to thank God for guiding me to where I am today. I am also deeply grateful to my father, a professional mechanic, who passed down his knowledge and taught me the value of hard work and dedication to my craft.
I was born and raised in Venezuela in the 1960s and pursued my education in a technical mechanical school. At the age of 23, I left my country with a five-year employment contract in the beautiful land of Israel. Living through the Gulf War in Tel Aviv in 1990 transformed my perspective on life and work forever.
Upon returning to Venezuela, my older brother and I opened our first mechanical maintenance service company. We became members of the local chamber of mechanical workshops, where I served as secretary and later as president. I specialized in electronic fuel injection systems, and we founded several branches dedicated to the maintenance of these systems. In 2006, just as we were preparing to open a second branch, my brother passed away—a devastating loss for me.
With the support of God and my wife, who is truly the foundation of my life, I moved forward. By 2013, we had grown to seven branches, proving that with effort, perseverance, and dedication, success is achievable.
In recent years, the socio-political situation in Venezuela became unsustainable, and for the safety and future of our family, we decided to emigrate to the United States. This wonderful country has offered us great opportunities. Since arriving in Dallas, TX, we have received incredible support from family and friends. Today, our company has been operating for several years, providing the community with reliable, top-quality service.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The biggest challenge for me has been starting over in a foreign country with a different language, adapting to new ways of doing business, and proving to the community that we can deliver first-class services. However, every challenge has been an opportunity for growth, and we have continuously evolved to meet the needs of our customers.
