Hi Jorge, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my passion in my country Venezuela. Since I started college, I have been passionate about boosting business by creating creative videos that people would see on the big screen (film and television)
To my surprise, when I immigrated to the United States, the pandemic began and everything changed.
Now I had to evolve and learn how to help brands digitally since social networks became the most important tool, in which brands should have a presence.
So, I started to learn and get certified with Facebook ads.
After achieving it, the next step was to inform my clients that I now offered this new service and the promise that this was the new way for people to get to know them.
Many agreed to the proposal, began to have positive results, and the word began to spread that this was working.
Then I founded my company, On Point Productions Agency, which offers the service of audiovisual creation focused on advertising.
We have a large number of clients within the United States and we also offer training services for companies that want to learn how to do digital advertising and can do it on their own with our advice.
Getting to where I am has meant to be constant and where the most important thing has been to listen and help customers with what they really need and help people perceive how their product or service can change their lives.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. The obstacles have always been in the way but they have been the ones that have made me grow and become stronger.
Being an immigrant there is a cultural barrier. Clients hear your accent and know that you are a foreigner, usually is a barrier for them at first.
Confidence and always working in the most professional way, have been the attributes that have broken that obstacle down and made the clients leave happy and grateful with the work.
One of the greatest challenges is the constant updates in the digital world. This means that you have to be a student every day, in order to provide our clients with updated strategies that are on point with what their needs.

My company is called On Point Productions Agency. Its name was born because every time we did a television and movie commercial, clients told us that the videos were on point, delivering exactly what they wanted. After listening to it so many times, giving the company that name was the most strategic and natural decision.
The most important thing to know is that On Point Productions Agency is the best of both worlds. We create ideas, production, post-production, and advertising so that brands achieve their goals.

The point of difference of the company is without a doubt the creative process, thinking outside the box with very high quality. Our goal is to fulfill our client’s wishes and make them said our work is on point, after seeing the material.
The area that we are most proud of is Life and Health Insurance. We have been blessed to have been responsible for creating and promoting the Hispanic movement of different companies within the United States.
In addition, On Point Productions Agency has helped promoting and developing the advertising plan of numerous clients ranging from restaurants, medical companies, crafts, contraceptives, dentists, coaches, and universities.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
In terms of personality, I have always been creative and curious.
I always imagined an adventure and tried to find hidden treasures where no one saw them.
Now, as an adult, I came to realize that this spark of dreaming never died. On the contrary, that spark has become my inspiration and what makes me see the world in a different way.
