With 25+ years of professional experience, spanning a variety of industries and roles, and $1B+ of career recorded/team led sales, Justin’s greatest professional passion has always been connecting with, coaching, and inspiring “top talent” to drive ridiculous results. His consultative, relationship centric business approach puts people, rather than profits, at the center of an organization’s value system. And by fostering “The Power Of The Channel”, he has been able to help companies scale more strategically and efficiently, as compared to traditional sales loading models.
As the Founder and CEO of ‘N Good Co (previously ‘N Good Company), Justin and his Global Team aim to deliver on this promise with every project and client alike. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not! From lost deals to unexpected personal losses, obstacles along the way have helped shape me into the man and Leader that I am today. I like to say that we are not measured by our greatest triumphs, but rather the way we can handle / overcome our greatest setbacks.
From starting, succeeding, failing time and time again early in my Real Estate Career, to pressing the “Reset Button” on my Life in January of 2014 (where I woke up with a negative balance in my Account on January 1st), I have plenty of “Stories of Struggle” to share with those who will listen.
What I’ve learned, however, is that so long as you consistently learn from your disappointments, pivot, and grow, taking one step back at times can be extremely productive toward taking “Quantum Leaps Forward”, both in Business, and in your Life.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
By far, one of my fondest childhood memories is the evening “hot tub mentorship sessions” that I had with my father. Virtually every night growing up from the age of 7 (and even in my adult years when I would visit home), my father and I would take a hot tub to recap on our day. While there was certainly idle discussion that took place, it was so much more than just that – it was truly an evening “Master Class” that I would receive from him. As I came to find out later in life, this time was invaluable in terms of the mentorship I received from him, which I can confidently say helped shape me into the Business Mind and Leader that I am today. I am forever grateful for this quality time that my father spent with me and the invaluable knowledge transfer that he shared, pouring every ounce of value add he had into me and my development.
