Today we’d like to introduce you to LaQueta Wheeler.
LaQueta, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My story started when I was three years old. My biological father and my biological mother were married. As a child, I witnessed physical and verbal abuse in my household. I was terrified as a child because of the behavior I witnessed with my biological parents. Eventually, my mother removed me from the household with my biological father and she divorced him. I believe my father became very bitter and upset about my mother’s departure until he took his issues out on me concerning her. My biological father stopped supporting me and he hardly ever stopped by to visit me. I can remember how he used to harass my mother and vandalize her vehicle on several occasions after their divorce.
My mother started a new life and married another man which was one of the best decisions my mother could have made for me. My bonus father (Henry) was and still is the absolute best father ever! Although my bonus father has been in my life since I was five years old, I was still missing my biological father growing up. My biological father did very little to help my mother with my well-being, schooling, and growth. I can recall only one time when my biological father attended one program at my elementary school. My biological father’s absence caused me to experience depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and a lack of confidence. I could not understand why my biological father did not want to be a part of my life. His parents tried to stand in the gap for him by supporting me, buying me school clothes and etc. However, I still battled with loneliness, depression, hurt and pain as a child from my biological father’s absence.
I knew without a doubt that I did not want other young girls to encounter what I went through with an absent parent. Therefore, I started mentoring girls when I was in college to help them cope with the absence of their fathers. I was able to mentor girls at churches and at schools. During my mentoring sessions, I helped the girls to change their mindset while overcoming depression, anxiety, negative generational beliefs, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and other adversities.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
With any road you will encounter curves, bumps, detours, and dead ends. I have faced good and bad days on the entrepreneurial road, but my good days always outweigh the bad. One of the biggest challenges that I have faced as a Certified Mindset Breakthrough Coach was planning and advertising for two events that no one registered for. That’s right – I planned an event in May 2022 and June of 2022 and no one registered. I created an event page on Facebook which allowed the women to select whether they were going, interested or maybe going. I had 25 women to select “going” in May 2022 and 33 women to select going in June 2022. I sent individual messages to the ladies to thank them for their interest prior to the events. Did I become weary during May and June – I sure did.
I was led by the Holy Spirit to go on a sabbatical so I could regain focus and peace about my life and my businesses. I was on a sabbatical for four days with no interaction with my family and the outside world. It was just me and God. I was not sure if coaching was really for me during that time. Although I had successful events prior to May 2022, I was really discouraged because of the lack of participation. It was during my sabbatical when God told me to continue to trust the process. God reassured me that coaching was and still is for me. In addition, He told me that He was allowing me to build my audience more so I could have participation in the future. The sabbatical changed my entire life.
I trust and believe in God wholeheartedly. Therefore, I planned another event for August 2022 because I knew without doubt that God was going to guide me in the right direction. The August event was very successful! I had women in attendance at my Mindset Breakthrough Masterclass from South Dakota, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Texas, California, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, and Virginia. Glory to God for my successful event!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I was so passionate about mentoring in the past until I became a Certified Mindset Breakthrough Coach. As a Certified Mindset Breakthrough Coach, I specialize in helping single and married women on a global diversified scale to change their mindset while overcoming setbacks such as, but not limited to depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, negative generational beliefs and lack of purpose and vision. I am known for my breakthrough coaching sessions while being personable, attentive, transparent, and knowledgeable.
With over 20 years of coaching and mentoring experience, I have helped numerous teenagers and women to identify realistic goals and life plans; helped them grow by providing tools and resources for success; motivated them to make positive life-altering changes.

One thing that sets me a part from other coaches is my authenticity. I will keep it real with my clients and my followers no matter what. I want women to understand that they are not alone. I am very transparent about my struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, negative generational beliefs and so much more. I thank God that I was able to overcome all of those adversities. I believe women want to see authenticity instead of your current status. I believe women want to know how you got to where you are today and how they can trust the process. I don’t mind about giving the women what they want. I know without doubt that God can set them free just like He set me free.
Another thing that sets me a part from other coaches are my pricing levels. I offer low-ticket and high-ticket services for women with various budgets. I want to meet my clients where they are. I will always over deliver in my coaching sessions whether I am providing a low-ticket service or a high-ticket service. My ultimate goal is to witness a transformation in my client’s life. I will do anything necessary to help my client overcome adversities and to stop living in their past. It is very vital to me to offer my coaching services for different budget levels because I want to see every client Live Up, Faith Up and Level Up in their life and business.
What matters most to you?
My faith in God matters most. The foundation of my business was built on faith. I had a vision. Therefore, I went to God in my prayer closet about my vision. I believe in yielding to the Holy Spirit before making decisions. God ordered my steps prior to launching Faithful Coaching Solutions and He continues to guide me daily. Divine connections have been developed because of that “one” vision. God always blows my mind about my business accomplishments and I am so humbled about it all. I am so excited to see what else God has in store for me!
