Her achievements have earned her recognition in Apple News, CEO Weekly, and Arlington’s 40 Under 40.
Hi Lauren, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Before real estate, my world looked very different. I spent years building a successful corporate career, working for companies like Bell Helicopter, Pier 1, and Sally Beauty. As an Ecommerce Supply Chain Strategist and Six Sigma Black Belt, I thrived on operational excellence—managing distribution centers, leading process improvement initiatives, and driving technology strategies to scale businesses efficiently.
But a series of personal events changed everything. I lost my father unexpectedly just six months after my wedding, experienced two traumatic childbirths, and then lost my mother less than a year later. In 2020, I suffered a mini-stroke that forced me to pause and take a hard look at my life. On paper, everything looked successful—but I wasn’t truly happy.
That moment became a turning point. I committed to my health, lost more than 70 pounds, and started building a life anchored in purpose, not just achievement. In 2021, I left corporate America to pursue real estate full-time. I brought with me the strategic mindset and operational discipline of my previous career, but this time, I paired it with a passion for service and transparency.
Today, I lead DFW’s Finest Real Estate Group, a team that helps North Texas buyers and sellers make confident decisions with honesty, strategy, and heart. Real estate became the vehicle for something bigger: making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Hi Lauren, can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been easy—but the challenges have been some of the most valuable parts of the journey. When I made the decision to start a team, a lot of people told me it was “too early” in my career. I heard every version of “wait until you’re more established.” But I had a clear vision for the culture and systems I wanted to build, and I trusted both my instincts and the leadership experience I brought from the corporate world.
Starting DFW’s Finest Real Estate Group was a leap of faith. There were moments of doubt, steep learning curves, and long nights figuring out how to scale without sacrificing quality. But those challenges forced me to grow quickly as both a leader and an operator. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that clarity of vision and consistency of action can overcome almost any obstacle. Trusting yourself and building the right support system makes all the difference.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about DFW’s Finest Real Estate Group?
DFW’s Finest Real Estate Group is built on one core belief: clients deserve strategy and transparency, not guesswork or sales fluff.
In the last 18 months, our team has helped 81 families buy or sell homes across North Texas, closing over $34 million in volume. We work throughout Arlington, Mansfield, Midlothian, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Kennedale, Burleson, and surrounding communities, handling everything from first-time homes to luxury and executive properties.
Our approach is data-driven and marketing-forward. Every listing is positioned strategically using hyper-local market analytics, cinematic video, professional photography, virtual tours, and AI-driven advertising campaigns that reach active buyers where they’re searching. Sellers receive tailored prep plans, targeted marketing, and expert negotiation strategies designed to protect both price and timeline. Buyers benefit from deep neighborhood expertise, structured communication, and transparent guidance every step of the way.
The results speak for themselves. We’ve earned accolades including Arlington’s 40 Under 40, Real Producers Top 500, multiple Arlington Board of Realtors Pacesetter Awards, and features in Apple News and CEO Weekly. But beyond awards, what matters most to us is trust. Our clients know they’ll always get clear, honest advice and a strategy designed around their goals—not ours.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My family is my foundation. No matter how busy life gets, my happiest moments are the simple ones spent with them—whether we’re on vacation, at home, or just enjoying everyday life together. They are the reason I push to build something meaningful, not just successful.
Real estate can be demanding, but it’s also given me the ability to design a life where work and family don’t have to compete—they support each other. That balance and the ability to create lasting memories with my family is what truly brings me joy.
