Hi Logan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a proud DFW native, born and raised in Denton. I stayed local for college, attending TCU, where I double-majored in marketing and entrepreneurial management. After graduation, I moved to Dallas for five years to build my career and recently returned to Fort Worth, which is now my forever home.
My career journey began during my time at TCU. It was the connections I made there that led to my first job—a dream opportunity that set me on the path I’m on today. Those early years were full of growth, hard work, and a few tough lessons that helped shape my approach to business.
It was during that first role that I met my two former business partners, and together we grew Blosm Brands into what it is today. Joining the company was a leap of faith that turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Along the way, I discovered how much I genuinely love the intricacies of building a business—not just helping my clients’ businesses thrive, but also growing our own in tandem. I’ve developed a deep passion for every component of business, from operations and finance to marketing and strategy, and I find immense fulfillment in seeing how all the technical pieces come together to drive success. Over the years, that passion only grew, leading me to take the next step. In late 2024, I became the sole owner of Blosm Brands, stepping into the role of CEO to guide the company into its next phase of growth.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not. My first real struggles came early in my career, during my first job. I had some growing up to do and made professional mistakes that still make me cringe—but those moments taught me some of the most valuable lessons. Today, challenges are a constant part of owning a business, whether it’s losing a client, navigating team dynamics, or managing the day-to-day uncertainty that comes with responsibility.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success is not linear. As an entrepreneur, you’ll experience really high highs and really low lows, and what matters most is not letting either one define you. When things are going well, it’s important to stay grounded and avoid becoming complacent or reckless. And when times are tough, you have to rebound quickly and keep moving forward. Whether it’s bad circumstances or true failures on your part, each challenge brings an opportunity to grow stronger and wiser for the next chapter.
Through it all, I’ve learned not to root my identity in professional success or failure. Building a strong personal foundation has been key to navigating the ups and downs, and it’s something I continue to prioritize as I grow both personally and professionally.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Grit and determination. The ability to push forward in the face of uncertainty. An innate sense of confidence and ultimately trusting that I’ll figure things out. These qualities have guided me through challenges and allowed me to embrace new opportunities with a sense of purpose.
