Hidden Gems: Meet Maci Lee of Fiserv

Today we’d like to introduce you to Maci Lee.

Maci, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I became the owner of Jumping Tots DFW after seeing the potential in a business that was already bringing joy to families in our community. It had a strong foundation, but I knew there was an opportunity to elevate the experience and build something more intentional and brand-driven.

Before stepping into this, my background was in customer-facing roles, which really shaped how I approach business today. I’ve always paid close attention to how people feel during an experience: what makes something seamless, what makes it stressful, and what makes it memorable. That perspective has carried over into how I run Jumping Tots.

As a mom of two young boys, I’m constantly around birthday parties and family events, so I understand firsthand how important it is for things to be easy, clean, and visually beautiful. When I took over, my goal wasn’t just to maintain what was already working, but to refine and elevate it, focusing on modern, neutral aesthetics, improving the customer experience, and expanding our offerings to make party planning simpler for parents.

Today, Jumping Tots DFW is continuing to grow into more than just a rental business. It’s about creating a stress-free, elevated experience for families celebrating special moments, and I’m excited to keep building on that vision.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s honestly been a pretty smooth transition, which I’m very grateful for. The business already had strong demand, and bookings started coming in immediately. We’ve been consistently busy, especially on weekends, often managing multiple events in a single day.

One of the biggest challenges has actually been keeping up with that growth. We quickly realized we needed to expand our inventory to meet demand, and we’re continuing to invest in additional setups and equipment. On the operational side, coordinating multiple bookings in one day while working with limited vehicle space has required a lot of planning, efficiency, and flexibility.

That said, those challenges have been exciting because they’re a direct result of growth. It’s pushed me to think more strategically about logistics, scaling, and how to continue delivering a high-quality experience even as volume increases.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I work with Fiserv in merchant services, where I help businesses streamline and grow through payment solutions, including Clover POS systems. My role is very relationship-driven. I work closely with business owners to understand their operations and provide tools that make their day-to-day more efficient, whether that’s improving payment processing, reporting, or overall customer experience.

What I enjoy most about this work is being able to support other entrepreneurs. Every business is different, so it requires a mix of problem-solving, strategy, and understanding what truly drives growth for each client.

That experience has also had a direct impact on how I run my own business. Working in merchant services has given me a strong foundation in operations, customer experience, and scalability, which I’ve been able to apply to Jumping Tots DFW as it continues to grow.

What are your plans for the future?
Looking ahead, my focus is on continuing to grow and scale Jumping Tots DFW in a thoughtful and intentional way. With the demand we’ve already seen, we’re actively expanding our inventory to accommodate more bookings and offer a wider range of setups.

We’ve also expanded our offerings to include tables and chairs, allowing us to better serve our customers and create a more complete, convenient experience for families planning events.

Long-term, my goal is to build a brand that’s known not just for rentals, but for delivering elevated, seamless experiences that families can trust for their most special moments and to continue growing it into something that becomes a go-to name in the DFW event space.
