Mallory, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hello Happy Home has been going strong for 5 years now & we have come a long way from our humble beginnings. I started out organizing just my friends’ spaces that needed help making their spaces more functional & stress free to now working alongside a team of 10 organizers. We have completed over 1,000 spaces, 500 homes & put in over 10,000 organizing hours over the last 5 years. Within the last few years, we have also added a newer service that focuses on luxury concierge relocations. The Hello Happy Home team can come help you pack, unpack & create curated spaces combined with form, beauty & function. All within a few days so that you can begin living in your new home right away without all of the headache & stress of moving because we take care of it all, down to the last nail in the wall. It has amazed me to see how much this business has grown & how my passion for organizing transforms the lives of so many others.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With any business venture, there are always challenges, especially with as much growth that we have experienced. As I grow, I have realized that I can’t be in every place, space or home at one time, no matter how much I want to be! I have had to put a lot of trust into my team to create spaces that reflect our brand & quality by training them to execute my visions & think like me. As much as I love to have my hand in all of the projects that we have, I have learned how to delegate & create a strong team.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
About a year and a half ago my husband, Brandon, quit his 9-5 to help support me & my dream. He has come alongside me to take this business to places that I could never have done on my own. In doing so we have grown exponentially & I could never have imagined this is where we would be. I am incredibly grateful to him for making this dream the ultimate reality.
