Today we’d like to introduce you to Mike Da Barber.
Hi Mike, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I became a professional License Barber in 2003 I became a Barber because I learned that in the early 1900s Barbers where more then that they also completed tasks of Doctors like minors surgery and dental procedures but most importantly my goal was to impact the community .I love to encourage &inspire my clients & customers. Their isn’t a day that go by that I don’t put a positive impression or feeling on my clients that experiences a Cut from Mike da Barber at New Cuts Barbershop in Dallas.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth journey. When I 1st started I remember sitting in the Barber chair watching the other Barbers cut and working all day & I may would get 1 or 2 walk-ins and I would feel bad because they were making money & I barely had money to pay booth rent after being there 5 days a wk and leaving and working a second job to feed my family. But I believe in 1st God & my self and stuck in their and years later I would become one of the Top Barbers in my city and own a successful Barber Shop & give jobs & opportunity to people of all kind.

New Cuts Barber Shop Dallas is a family oriented shop that cater to the urban community with a personal family feel. Which specializes in professional grooming for Men ,Women & Children I Mike da Barber am most proud of being a Man that the community can look up to and respect as a successful
businessman &entrepreneur. New Cuts Barbershop Dallas offer a variety of services from Designer Haircuts to skin facials etc, or just a new look from a fresh new cut..
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I Like to thank God 1st & far most my my children & family who I work so hard & strive for they were understanding and patient with me when I work long hrs and had to sacrifice time to grow the business .I like to thank my clients who have been loyal & patient with me you guys are the real MVP I couldn’t do this with out there patients &loyalty. I want to thank Twon for the advice he gave me many yrs ago when I 1st started it wasn’t always good with us but he push me to be the Barber I am now & Mr Fred for the finicial advice he shared with me when I 1st started & last but not least A man who always believed in me and gave me vision when I was a boy to a man Pastor James Harris Sr.
