Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Drs. Christine and Nathan opened their first office in 2016 with a simple vision: to make luxury dentistry affordable for everyone. They believed that visiting the dentist should be a comfortable and positive experience, so they designed beautiful, welcoming offices where patients could truly feel at ease.
From the beginning, they focused on providing transparent treatment plans and helping patients make the most of their dental insurance—ensuring that high-quality care is both accessible and stress-free.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
From hiring our very first employee—who is still with us today—to growing into a team of over 70 across six locations, our journey has been both challenging and rewarding. We had to learn everything from filing dental claims and navigating insurance companies to hiring the right people, staying compliant, managing different personalities, and offering patient financing.
There were many days when it felt like we might not make it. But through perseverance, learning from our mistakes, and staying committed to our vision, we’ve not only survived—we’re now on the path to success.
