Today we’d like to introduce you to Outlandish Festival.
Hi Outlandish, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Outlandish Festival is a faith-based music festival in Fort Worth, we’ve completed 4 years of the event and 2025 will be our fifth year. Starting out as just an idea and a dream, Outlandish Fest began in Fall of 2021 with a handful of local artists performing at Victory Church (A Special thank you to the leadership and team at Victory who opened up their doors and resources to us not only in 2021 but again in 2022.) In 2023 Outlandish moved it’s venue to the Ridglea Room in Fort Worth, and began seeking official sponsorship partners to book more notable artists and help the audience and culture of our festival see an increase year after year.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Overall we stand on the road because we know it’s paved by God, so yes of course there has been a ton of detours and road bumps, but regardless it means so much to still be standing and knowing that there’s a bigger purpose in what we do. Last year we broke our personal record and sold nearly 200 tickets, though leading up to the event there was a ton of doubt and obstacles, there somehow is always a positive outcome in the end and to that, we will continue to strive.

Outlandish Entertainment is the main house of Outlandish Festival. We also produce a podcast title “Grace and Good Friends” and hope to expand into a fully self sufficient music label. Official merchandise and event/media services are 2 more branches of the Outlandish tree that should be visible to the public in the near future.
