Implicit Tax Services began with a simple but powerful vision.
The company started as a small operation with just two dedicated people working together with one goal: to serve, to build, and to make a difference. What began as a humble startup has now grown into a strong and trusted team of nearly twenty professional tax preparers serving individuals and business owners.
From the very beginning, the heart of Implicit Tax Services was rooted in entrepreneurship. Our founder, Peace Kabera, program director Erica Banks started this journey with a clear mission: To help other entrepreneurs grow, structure, and protect their businesses the right way.
We believe that taxes should not be a burden but a strategic tool. That’s why we don’t just prepare taxes. We help business owners secure funding to grow they business and many more.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In the beginning, we struggled to build a strong financial foundation. Like many growing businesses, the journey was not easy. However, through persistence, vision, and hard work, we were able to position the company for long-term growth and a place where employees can be happy secure long term job.
What started small has now become a growing movement of professionals committed to empowering business owners, strengthening communities, and helping our clients build wealth with clarity and confidence.

We also offer financial literacy education to communities in need because we believe education empowers people to build independence, stability, and long-term success. Our mission is not just to serve clients but to strengthen communities.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
I like writing.
I am proudly to say that am a published author of Shadows of a Chaotic Mind. I am a survivor of war, and for a long time, writing was the only thing that brought my mind peace. I grew up carrying deep trauma and didn’t know how to process it until I started writing. Writing helped me organize the chaos in my mind, and I turned my pain into a book
