Hi Randa , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my journey into aesthetic medicine in April 2024 while continuing to work as a dental hygienist, a career that has always allowed me to connect closely with patients and help them feel confident in their smiles. Over time, I realized I wanted to expand that passion and help women feel naturally beautiful and confident in their overall appearance—not overdone, just refreshed and like themselves.
In January 2026, I opened my own location for Radiant Medbar in Frisco. Taking that step was both exciting and a little scary, but it meant creating a space where women could feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. My goal has always been to make aesthetic treatments feel approachable and affordable, especially for women who may be trying something for the first time.
I truly love helping women feel more confident while still looking like themselves. Seeing that boost in confidence is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Opening my own location for Radiant Medbar in Frisco in January 2026 was a big step for me. I began my aesthetics journey in April 2024 and initially worked in a more flexible, concierge-style setting before deciding to invest in a dedicated space where I could create a welcoming and consistent experience for my clients.
Like many small business owners, there were definitely challenges along the way. The startup expenses for training, products, equipment, and rent added up quickly, and learning how to manage marketing and social media on my own pushed me outside my comfort zone. Putting myself out there online didn’t always feel natural at first, but I knew it was important if I wanted people to find and trust my business.
Even with those challenges, I stayed focused on why I started.

Radiant Medbar is a boutique aesthetic practice in Frisco focused on natural-looking results that help women feel refreshed and confident while still looking like themselves. I specialize in treatments like neuromodulators (Tox), dermal fillers, and microneedling, with an emphasis on subtle changes that enhance rather than transform.
What sets my practice apart is the personalized approach I bring from my background in dental hygiene. I continue to work as a hygienist while building Radiant Medbar, and that clinical experience has shaped my attention to detail and my commitment to helping clients feel comfortable and informed before making treatment decisions. I take time to listen and create treatment plans that feel right for each person instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m especially proud of building Radiant Medbar from the ground up and creating a welcoming space where women feel supported, not pressured. My goal has always been to make aesthetic treatments approachable and affordable while maintaining a natural, balanced look.
