Hidden Gems: Meet Rc Versie of WAGDOD LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rc Versie.

Hi Rc, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started WAGDOD at 19 after surviving one of the darkest periods of my life. What began as a clothing brand became a mental health movement built to remind people they are never alone. Today, I use fashion, community events, boxing and storytelling to turn pain into purpose and help others choose life.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve battled depression, financial instability, limited resources and the pressure of building a brand while still trying to survive personally. There were plenty of setbacks, but every obstacle strengthened the mission and reminded me why WAGDOD had to exist.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about WAGDOD LLC?
WAGDOD is a mental health clothing brand and community movement built around turning pain into purpose. We’re known for bold messages like “Depression Never Wins,” along with apparel, events, boxing programs and honest conversations that help people feel seen. What sets us apart is that the mission comes from lived experience, not just marketing. I’m most proud that something created during my darkest moment now gives other people strength, confidence and a reason to keep going.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that consistency matters more than perfection. You don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward. Every setback, mistake and slow season taught me something that helped strengthen both me and the WAGDOD mission.
