Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Ringer.
Rebecca, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m a lifelong resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I was born and raised in Arlington, attended TCU in Fort Worth where I earned my degree in business and marketing while playing soccer, and then spent several years in Dallas working in advertising and marketing.
Eventually, I left the corporate world to join my family’s real estate business, founded by my mother, Susan Hill. It was the perfect blend of my marketing background, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my passion for helping people make important financial decisions.
More than 20 years later, I still love what I do. In 2019, I founded The Street Real Estate Co. with the vision of creating a boutique brokerage built on relationships, strategy, and exceptional service. My business has evolved to focus on luxury homes, commercial real estate, investment properties, and clients who value expert guidance, strong negotiation, and innovative marketing.
Throughout my career, one thing has never changed: my commitment to putting my clients’ interests first. I believe in honest advice, clear communication, and doing the right thing even when it’s not the easiest path. As a lifelong member of this community, it’s incredibly rewarding to help clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions while building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any business owner, there have been plenty of challenges along the way.
The biggest was launching my own brokerage in 2019. After spending years building my career, I took a leap of faith in 2019 and started The Street Real Estate Co. Just two months later, the pandemic changed everything. There wasn’t a roadmap for what came next, but I knew I had clients depending on me, and failure simply wasn’t an option.
Instead of pulling back, I leaned in. I embraced digital marketing, invested in learning, adapted my business, and focused on finding new ways to serve my clients during a time of uncertainty. Looking back, that experience reinforced something I’ve always believed: challenges create opportunities if you’re willing to adapt.
Real estate has continued to evolve over the last 20-plus years, and so has my business. I’ve learned that growth comes from staying curious, embracing change, and never losing sight of why I got into this business in the first place. Through every market cycle, my commitment has remained the same: put my clients first, communicate honestly, and always do what’s in their best interest. Looking back, every challenge has reinforced the same lesson: if you lead with integrity, keep your clients’ interests first, and are willing to adapt, you’ll come out stronger on the other side.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Street Real Estate Co.?
The Street Real Estate Co. was built on a simple philosophy: real estate is personal, and every client deserves exceptional representation.
We’re a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury residential, commercial, investment, and complex real estate transactions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. While every property is different, our approach is always the same. We take the time to understand our clients’ goals, develop a strategy tailored to their needs, and guide them through every step of the process with honest advice and clear communication.
I think what sets us apart is that we don’t define luxury by a price point. We define it by the experience we provide. Whether we’re representing a luxury estate, negotiating a commercial lease, or helping a family through a significant life transition, every client receives the same level of attention, responsiveness, and strategic guidance.
My background in marketing has also shaped how we represent our clients. Today’s market requires much more than putting a property in the MLS. We leverage innovative marketing, technology, and local market expertise to create customized strategies that help our clients achieve the best possible outcome.
More than anything, I’m proud of the reputation we’ve built. Our business has grown through long-term relationships, repeat clients, and referrals, and I think that’s the greatest compliment we can receive. At the end of the day, I don’t want to be known as someone who simply closes transactions. I want to be known as someone people trust to guide them through some of the most important decisions they’ll ever make.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I think the quality that has contributed most to my success is being strategic while always putting my clients’ interests first.
Every client has different goals, and every transaction is unique. I’ve never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach. My job isn’t simply to help someone buy or sell real estate… it’s to understand their objectives, analyze the market, anticipate challenges, and develop a strategy that helps them make confident decisions.
I also believe the best advisors are willing to have honest conversations, even when they’re difficult. Sometimes that means recommending a different pricing strategy, adjusting to changing market conditions, or presenting options a client may not have considered. My clients know that every recommendation I make is based on what’s in their best interest, not what’s easiest or most convenient.
At the end of the day, I want to be known not just for the transactions I’ve closed, but for the trust I’ve earned. When clients know they have someone who will always advocate for them and provide honest, strategic guidance, that’s where lasting relationships are built.
