Hi Shawn, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Started working for a Small Car Service out of Greenville, Texas at 18, the owner passed and business shut down. Moved on to a bit larger operation with limos and buses, started as driver & advanced to dispatcher then opps manager, due to issues in ownership involving new partners left to drive as one of the first of twenty-five Uber Drivers in Dallas. Due to seeing the issues of multiple sides driver & management, I sought to create a service starting with SUV then added limos, vans, shuttle service, minibus, charterbus, motorcoach options to better assist as an ALL-in-one company focusing on SUV & Limos, but helping clients get Buses for Corporate, Church, School or Team use. We expanded to offering Child Safe Travel with high-end car seats & booster options.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting up funding was an issue, but more recently staffing due to at first Covid then due to excess in payments from unemployment & stimulus checks, then child tax credit advances.
The challenges been limited due to great staff & clients who use us from families, businessmen & women, travlers, churches, schools & local cities that depend on us to run event shuttles.
