Hi Sieu, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
We are a young couple with a passion for boba tea. Boba is our favorite drink, and we want to share it with Texas. Rainbow Teashop is about the people, our workers, and our customers. Our vision of Rainbow Teashop is a place where our workers can grow and feel valued for their work while also providing high-quality teas and services to our customers.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The shop has been a challenge with our busy work schedule. My wife, Vy, and I both work full-time and manage the shop together. However, it has been nothing but rewarding with the shop.
