From the bright lights of NYC and to NOW the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex which he now calls HOME! GOD led him to beautiful Dallas, Texas to rebuild his life and allow his WHY to find him and achieve his FIELD OF DREAMS Literally.
He is currently the FOUNDER & CEO of FIELD OF DREAMS WINDOWS & DOORS, A Locally Family-Owned and Operated Window and Door Company Proudly Serving The DFW Metroplex Since March 2026! They handle both Residential & Commercial Projects. Specializing in Whole Home Replacement Windows & Doors, Remodels & New Construction Homes. Stephen has helped scale two different family-owned window and door companies as their VP of Sales – Wappingers Falls, NY ($2.5M to $6M) during a global pandemic in just 2.5 years and McKinney, TX (250k to 1M) in less than one year of time.
He is the HOST of the FIELD OF DREAMS BUSINESS PODCAST which is available on Apple & Spotify Platforms, where entrepreneurs tell their unique story and how they got to their FIELD OF DREAMS! He was recently interviewed by Jeff Crilley and THE CRILLEY SHOW in Downtown Dallas at a premier television broadcast studio.
He began his career right after graduation from LIU Post in May 2011 in the bright lights of New York City working for FOX Television (Broadcast TV Ad Sales). He was the team lead for multiple high producing Account Executives which made him grow up real fast in the corporate world. The NYC grind was real and he lived, breathed, and experienced it. He is Hard Working, Kind, Passionate, and Persistent with an innate UNDERDOG Mentality! These characteristics were instilled in him as a young child from the competitive game of baseball and being raised with an entrepreneurial mindset from his mother.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it has not been a smooth road. Entrepreneurship never is but if you hang on long enough, GOD rewards you with running into SUCCESS. The little details matter “BIG DOORS hang on LITTLE HINGES.” Stephen has had all of the highs and the lows in his lifetime both personally and professionally. Life happens and you are NOT excluded from things happening. He learned the power of RESILIENCE & GRIT which he obtained from his baseball days of being a catcher (A Position of Minimal Notoriety & Usually Known As The Hardest Worker on the field).

What sets us apart is the consultative approach we use of giving our customers options/choices/chances to achieve their window and door field of dreams. Stephen is considered a window and door broker because he shops for his clients and isn’t tied to any one manufacturer for a specific reason. He learned the trade properly and how it is supposed to be done old school at the kitchen table without any pressure and pure authentic relationship building.
We do NOT have much overhead so we do not have to pass unruly costs to the consumer or charge you and arm and a leg for things. Stephen believes in the client first mentality and making them happy and comfortable. We treat every single home as it is our very own with love and respect.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Hitting my very first homerun for the Poughkeepsie Little League All-Stars at 10 Years Old with My Dad as the Head Coach. Best feeling in the world as it came off the bat and then hugging all of my teammates and father at home plate.
