Hi Sylvia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Divine Touch Crafts started with a simple idea… I just wanted a space where women could come together, slow down, create, and feel God in the middle of it all.
But honestly, my heart has always been bigger than just crafts.
I’ve always had a strong drive to motivate and empower women—to remind them who they are, to help them feel confident, and to create a space where they feel seen and encouraged.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were a lot of moments where I questioned myself. Wondering if anyone would show up… if it would even work… if I was doing the right thing. Starting from scratch, figuring everything out on my own, investing time, money, and energy—it was overwhelming at times.
There were slow days, times I felt discouraged, and moments I wanted to give up.
But my heart behind it never changed.

Divine Touch Crafts is more than just a craft studio—it’s a space built with purpose. Not only do I myself teach classes, I also invite other small business owners to come share and teach their craft. I believe in supporting all other creatives and small business owners, I want to see us all win.
We offer hands-on classes where women, men and children can come together, create, and enjoy the moment. From candle making and painting to clay earrings, embroidery, and our signature hat burning experiences… we offer something for everyone. Every class is designed to be fun, relaxing, and something you can truly be proud of when you leave.
We offer monthly classes with something different every month, but we also offer private bookings for birthday parties, team building, bachelorette parties, or just a girls day out.
Along with our classes, we also offer faith-based boutique items—things that speak life, encouragement, and remind you of God in your everyday life. It’s not just about what you make here, but what you take with you.
One of our most loved experiences is the hat burning class. It’s not just about designing a hat—it’s about creating something unique, bold, and personal. It gives women the chance to express themselves in a whole new way.
What really sets Divine Touch Crafts apart though… is the heart behind it.
This isn’t just about crafts or products. It’s about creating an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered. A place where you can show up as you are, connect with others, and leave feeling inspired.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I would say the biggest thing behind my success is consistency—showing up even when it’s hard, even when I’m unsure, and even when things feel slow.
But more than that, it’s staying rooted in my faith and my purpose.
Everything I do is driven by the desire to motivate and empower women, and that keeps me going. Even on the days I feel discouraged, I remind myself why I started.
It’s not just about building a business… it’s about building something that makes an impact.
So I keep showing up, trusting God through the process, and putting my heart into everything I create.
