Hi Tera, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve truly been immersed in this industry since day one of my life. My childhood memories revolve around my grandfather’s jewelry store, where I eagerly assisted during summers and holidays. Twelve years ago, I joined Pampillonia, and it has proven to be the most rewarding decision of my career. My business partner, Anthony, has consistently believed in my abilities and afforded me the incredible opportunity to venture into jewelry design. Fast forward to 2023, and I proudly hold the positions of CEO and Creative Director at Pampillonia.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
While my journey in the business has been fulfilling, it hasn’t been without its challenges. Breaking into the industry and proving my capabilities early on presented hurdles that required perseverance and dedication. The transitions from sales to becoming a buyer and eventually venturing into jewelry design introduced their own unique set of obstacles. Each hurdle served as a valuable lesson, contributing to my resilience and skill set. In the end, these experiences have played a pivotal role in shaping my success within the jewelry business.
