My passion for helping others began during my years as a caregiver. From the very start, I knew I was meant to build something of my own- something rooted in service, compassion, and community. My grandfather served in the military, and his dedication to others has always inspired me. Because of him, supporting veterans and uplifting low-income individuals has become more than a goal; it’s my purpose drives the work I do and the business I’m building-one committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has truly been a journey-and it continues to be. From searching for grants to navigating the challenges of securing funding, every step has been part of a long, determined process. The road hasn’t been easy, but each hurdle has shaped my resilience and strengthen my commitment to building something meaningful.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and supportive housing for veterans, returning citizens and community members. By addressing the root cause of homelessness, we work to prevent its growth and create meaningful pathways for individuals to rebuild their lives. We are committed to fostering dignity, purpose, and opportunity-ensuring that every person has the chance to live a stable, empowered, and fulfilling life.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
What helped me along the way was connecting with people in Facebook groups who shared the same passion and purpose. Asking questions, learning from others, and staying engaged with like-minded individuals became essential to my growth. Those connections-and the encouragement that came with them-have been key to getting me as far as I am today.
