At Willow Run Pet Resort, we are relatively new ownership group, having taken the reins from the previous owners approximately three years ago. As first-time business owners, we’ve navigate our journey with dedication. Initially, our team consisted of five owners, but we currently operate with a quartet of owners. Our primary objective is to educate pet owners and our clients on optimal care strategies for their pets, encompassing daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services. We pride ourselves on fostering long-term relationships with our valued clients, who consistently demonstrate remarkable compassion and deduction to their pets, thereby making our roles rewarding and fulfilling.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Acquiring and establishing our business has presented challenges due to our inaugural venture, and the complexities of buying out a predecessor, which entailed intricate paperwork and ensuring a seamless transition. Consequently, we invested considerable time researching municipal requirements, streamlining our operations to preempt future issues, and developing an effective marketing strategy that balances competitiveness with affordability.

We specialize in all services in the dog industry including boarding and training fixed and unfixed dogs of all breeds.
