Today we’d like to introduce you to Abriana Terrell
Hi Abriana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Well, the answer to this question is simple: God. I have been preparing for my calling since childhood. We all have a purpose. Long story short. I started out majoring in social work. I graduated with my master’s degree at the age of 22 years old. I worked for five years as a licensed social worker: foster care youth, nursing home population, and hospice. After working as an independent contracted social worker, I had this feeling that it was meant for me to do something greater in life. In 2022, God gave me the vision to create what it is that I am doing now and help others. YOUTOPIAN ESTATES is known for housing and servicing individuals of the unhoused community. Not only that, but the organization also uses a wholistic approach when it comes to elevating a person spiritually. We all know that having materialistically stability does not necessarily solidify one’s happiness, it just contributes. We want to ensure that our clients are both spiritually and materialistically happy for whatever that looks like for them. We are now building a campus that will house 400 to 600 individuals of the unhoused community.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth having, is easy to obtain. There will always be challenges as an entrepreneur. Not only am I on a entrepreneurial journey, but a spiritual one also. God had to groom and prepare me for the mass success level I am achieving, and I am honestly grateful for that. Some of the challenges I struggled with was holding myself accountable, confidence in my abilities, stepping out on faith, and talking to people, amongst many other things.

YOUTOPIAN ESTATES is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that houses and services those of the unhoused community. We are raising two hundred and fifty million dollars initially to fund our campus construction and operations to house 400 to 600 individuals at a time. Currently we offer tele-mental health services for people who have been/or are being affected by mental illness or homelessness. We also have services that soothe the spirit and enlighten the spirit such as yoga and meditation classes.
