Today we’d like to introduce you to Angie Carrizales

Hi Angie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in a household where business area was never thought. Basically, was just thought to live day by day. I always knew to push through and that one day I was going to own a business. I got married with the man of my dreams on March 15, 2024. He has always had a business mentally ever since we met. He encouraged me to push through everything and open my own. now almost a year later, Bouquets by Angie is still in business and thriving.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Our biggest struggle was financial wise. When I first started, we were not in the best place to start a business. somehow, we started with making eternal roses with a couple bucks in our pockets.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Bouquets By Angie?

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I am the 1st child out of 4. Being the oldest child takes a big toll growing up. I faced many challenges growing up in a Mexican household. I have always been the child my family depends on. I was the child who translated for everyone in my family. I had to learn how to be a mature person at a young age. By the age of 12, I already knew how to cook and knew many things a 12-year wouldn’t. By age of 15, I already was working my first job and helping provide for my family and myself. I eventually had to drop out of school due to my grandpa getting kidney failure. I have always been his support system.
