Hi Bettina, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born in Thailand, raised in Texas, and built my life around two core value…family and possibility. Real estate wasn’t just a career choice for me; it became the vehicle that allowed us to create freedom, serve others, and build community.
My husband and I grew Home Star Sellers from the ground up while raising our kids and navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. We faced financial challenges, burnout, and even had to rebuild more than once. But every setback refined our systems, strengthened our relationships, and shaped the way we lead today… with heart, resilience, and purpose.
One of the most beautiful parts of our journey has been our revenue share organization at eXp Realty. Our agents truly feel like family. We don’t just work together… we grow together, travel together, and support each other through life and business. Helping agents build their own successful businesses and lifestyles has become the bulk of what we do now, and it’s incredibly rewarding.
Because of this network, we’re able to connect buyers and sellers with trusted agents all across the country, ensuring they’re cared for no matter where they’re moving. It’s community in action.
Today, we live full-time in our RV, traveling the country and proving that home is more than a physical place… it’s connection, belonging, and the people you love. My story is about resilience, reinvention, and designing a life we love… one that blends adventure, purpose, and helping others feel truly at home wherever life takes them.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not a smooth road…balancing motherhood, and now full-time RV life, managing multiple businesses, and rebuilding in different family and business seasons and markets. Financial uncertainty, burnout, and constant change pushed me to streamline systems, build resilience, and lead with purpose.
