Inspiring Conversations with Blanca Flores of Confiable Multiservices

Today we’d like to introduce you to Blanca Flores.

Hi Blanca, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hello, my name is Blanca Flores, and I’m the founder of Confiable Multiservices, where we help individuals and small businesses with tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business registrations.

I founded Confiable Multiservices in November 2020, shortly after the Covid pandemic, because I saw how many people needed trustworthy guidance during a time of financial uncertainty.

Before starting my own company, I spent 14 years working in Immigration Law Firms, where I served as a receptionist, legal assistant, administrator, and accountant. Those roles gave me a strong foundation in client service, attention to detail, and the importance of helping people navigate complex processes.

What began as a small service for friends and family has grown into a full-service business. My mission remains the same: to make financial and business services accessible, clear, and reliable, so that clients can focus on their goals while knowing their paperwork and finances are in good hands.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road. Starting Confiable Multiservices in November 2020, right after Covid, meant launching a new business in the middle of economic uncertainty. Many people were hesitant to spend money, and I had to build trust with clients while navigating changing health guidelines and a rapidly shifting economy.

Another challenge was wearing many hats at once—marketing, client service, bookkeeping, and compliance—often all in the same day. Coming from 14 years in immigration law firms, I was used to structured environments, so running everything myself required a new level of flexibility and resilience.

There were moments of doubt, especially when balancing long hours with family responsibilities, but each hurdle taught me to be resourceful and persistent. Those experiences shaped the business into what it is today: a service that’s dependable even when circumstances are unpredictable.

We’ve been impressed with Confiable Multiservices , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Confiable Multiservices is built on one core idea: making financial and business services clear, reliable, and accessible for everyone. We specialize in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business registration, serving individuals, families, and small business owners throughout our community.

What sets us apart is the personal attention we give every client. We don’t just fill out forms—we take time to explain the process and help people understand their options so they can make informed decisions. My background of 14 years in immigration law firms means I’m comfortable navigating complex paperwork and sensitive situations, which gives clients extra confidence when we handle their taxes or business filings.

I’m most proud that our brand name, Confiable—which means “trustworthy” in Spanish—truly reflects our reputation. Many of our clients come from word-of-mouth referrals because they know we’ll treat them with respect, confidentiality, and care.

We also take pride in bilingual service and a welcoming environment, making sure language is never a barrier. Whether someone is launching a new LLC, organizing their books for the first time, or getting ready for tax season, we guide them step by step.

Above all, I want readers to know that Confiable Multiservices isn’t just a business—it’s a partner for growth. Our goal is to help clients feel confident and supported as they build their financial future.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My biggest advice is to start even if it isn’t perfect. When I launched Confiable Multiservices in late 2020, the timing was uncertain and resources were limited, but action created momentum.

I’d also tell new entrepreneurs to invest in relationships—with clients, mentors, and your community. Most of my growth has come from word-of-mouth referrals because people felt genuinely cared for.

Something I wish I had known earlier is how important it is to set boundaries and systems from day one. When you’re passionate, it’s easy to say yes to everything and work around the clock. Clear processes, good bookkeeping, and realistic schedules protect both your business and your well-being.

Finally, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Whether it’s legal advice, marketing guidance, or emotional support, seeking expertise is a strength, not a weakness. Building a business is a learning journey—you don’t have to know everything on day one.
