Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline Frith.
Hi Caroline, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am originally from Australia and my sense of adventure led me to New York 12 years ago where I met my husband. After many years in the city, we had a beautiful baby girl and wanted to relocate somewhere warmer. My husband got promoted to a role located in Dallas so here we are!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Relocating to America was tough. I didn’t know a single person when I first moved here but the constant sense of opportunity in the air kept me going and I eventually got settled in with a great network of friends.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
o Cove is a Commercial Real Estate technology firm. We are redefining how people engage with their physical environment be it workplace, home, or shopping. We are seeing the office become heavily amenitized as people return to the office. Our technology creates a frictionless experience and sense of community as we help make the office fun again. o Building owners can offer their tenants our mobile experience app to use as an access control device, amenity reservation tool, and to register their guests/visitors among many other things! Owners and property managers are also able to push important announcements, informative content, events, games, and give aways out to tenants or resident via the app (or have us do it for them!).
o We also offer a comprehensive property operations platform to manage work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and onsite inspections. We recently won a new contract to power Willis Tower – one of the largest office buildings in the world!
o Hybrid working is becoming very popular, and our software helps occupiers and forward-thinking owners to create a space that is flexible for people to drop in and reserve a desk and see who else will be in the office on specific days.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts, or blogs that help you do your best?
I value my relationships outside of work with family and friends. I think it helps me tremendously with perspective and balance.
