Today we’d like to introduce you to Chase Bray.
Hi Chase, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
A Texas native, began his real estate career in 2012 as a real estate investor, eventually entering the brokerage world in 2016. As an MBA student at Texas Tech, he purchased his first rental property. This lead to his interest in the residential real estate market. He now owns several rental properties, while brokerage remains his true passion.
After graduating from the Rawls College of business at Texas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Bray went on to complete his Masters in Business Administration in 2014. Upon graduation, Bray joined the family business in the medical sales industry. This lead to his true passion for sales, which ultimately lead to his strong performance in Real Estate Sales.
In 2018 Bray decided to go independent, opening Bray Real Estate Group. BrayREG has 275 agents in 12 locations and is projected to sell $1B in 2025.
Bray and his wife Melanie are Park Cities Residents and have two girls, Kennedy (7) and Landyn (4).
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Anytime you start your own business there are challenges. Each stage of growth presents a different challenge. When you first start you don’t know what you don’t know. Each road block is a learning experience and it makes the next stage of growth a little bit easier.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Bray Real Estate Group is a Boutique Brokerage located primarily in Texas, with additional locations in Oklahoma and Florida. BrayREG focuses on culture first, with a strong family-feel comradery throughout the organization. BrayREG is located in every major market in Texas, and has growth to over 275 agents with over $1B in sales annually (2025) in 8 short years.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
Culture. Without it the organization has no identity. If your employees and agents feel at home, it’s never really work. If you have a strong culture you will get the most out of your employees/agents, and in turn the client will get the best service possible.
