Hi Crystal, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, we are Luxe home builders llc based in the DFW area. We have been established for four years and have built new construction homes, remodel, and additions, etc you picture it, we build it. We started flipping homes and one day I woke up and said for my birthday this year, I would love to establish a company. We ended up doing this in Dec 13, 2021. We started with flipping, and we loved it. One day while driving, I seen potential in a home with a few lots for sale in the West Dallas area. We were chosen from 10 people bidding. I know God had a plan for us to reconstruct our neighborhood. Seeing beauty in a dirt place was exactly my vision. We are grateful for my parents who always instilled “if you really put you’re all into something, it will definitely grow”. This is exactly how we have been treating Luxe Home Builders LLC. We understood as small business owners when something is for you, it natural gravitates towards you, and this is exactly how we seen this opportunity. We couldn’t be here if it wasn’t for our contractors who are always there when needing something. We are still building, with a few projects up our sleeves this year in the DFW area. Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being a small business owner also, a woman in construction can be difficult at first. Most contractors think you know nothing of anything. Bidding can be high, but prices can be negotiated. Every mistake we make is a learning lesson for us. We know what not to do on the next one and so on. Building a home can also be difficult when dealing with different city guidelines. Budgeting our project can be stressful as we only count on what we have with no investments. We have to make sure we don’t go over our proposed budget. In most cases, things work out how they should, then end of new construction can always be stressful, but worth it.
We’ve been impressed with Luxe Home Builders LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a woman in construction it really feels amazing to be in a room full of men who see your potential. I started this business at 26 years old. I went in this real estate deal not knowing if it was right, but God showed me it has been. I’m the one managing contractors, pulling permits, setting deadlines, designing homes. Things change drastically in new construction so you definitely have to keep up with the trends. What sets us apart from others company’s is knowing we are a small business with a lot of potential of growth. We will always asure our work, as well as our registered contractors. I know the foundation of a home has to be firm and that is exactly what our company stands on firmness. We treat your home like if it was ours. We take pride in our work. We want readers to know if they ever decide to contact us, we will always asure the best advice to them. We always make sure our clients are satisfied with our work.

I like the growth in businesses in the Dallas area. There are great opportunities for different people here to keep on striving for greatness.
