Today we’d like to introduce you to Debbie Viverito.
Hi Debbie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve had a career rooted in sales, leadership and marketing for as long as I can remember. It truly feels like it’s in my DNA.
For the past 13 years, I’ve been deeply involved in real estate. I started as a Realtor and was honored to earn Rookie of the Year, MVP and a Leadership Award during my 11 years with a well-known brokerage. From there, I stepped into a corporate role as Director of Recruiting, where I helped grow the brokerage significantly by developing structured recruiting systems, refining branding and focusing on organic growth strategies.
Before that, I also owned and operated another business for seven years, which gave me firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, management and long-term business development. Building something from the ground up teaches you lessons you simply can’t learn any other way.
My work ethic and customer service mindset actually started much earlier. My dad owned a grocery store when I was in high school, and he made sure I worked there. I pumped gas for customers in the pouring rain and learned quickly that going above and beyond wasn’t optional – it was expected. At the time I thought it was tough love. Now I’m grateful for it. It shaped how I serve clients today.
I’ve also always been competitive. If there was a fundraiser in school – popcorn, chocolate, cookbooks – I was determined to be number one. And I usually was. That drive to lead, improve and win never left me. It simply matured into helping others win.
After years in leadership roles, I realized what I loved most was helping Realtors, brokerages and small businesses grow. Not just through motivation – but through strategy. Through branding clarity. Through systems. Through visibility.
That’s what led me to start Viverito Real Estate Consulting.
Today, I work with Realtors, brokerages, home builders and small businesses to strengthen their brand positioning, refine recruiting processes and build consistent visibility across social media and AI-driven search platforms. I’m very hands-on with my clients. I create content, design graphics, help develop messaging and stay actively involved in execution. I’m constantly studying trends and thinking through better ways to position my clients so they stand out in crowded markets.
At this stage of my career, I wanted to build something that reflected my values – integrity, growth, service and forward thinking. Owning my consulting business allows me to serve at a higher level and build long-term partnerships rooted in trust.
And that’s really what this chapter is about.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting Viverito Real Estate Consulting has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career, but it definitely came with challenges.
When I launched the business almost two years ago, I quickly realized there were skill sets I needed to strengthen. One of the biggest was graphic design. Social media was a core part of what I was offering, and that meant creating high quality visuals consistently. At the time, I did not consider myself a designer.
So I taught myself.
I immersed myself in Canva, studied design principles, experimented constantly and leaned into AI tools to refine my workflow. It was trial and error in the beginning, but I was determined to get better. Today, I feel extremely confident in that area and it has become one of the strengths of my business. That experience reminded me that growth requires humility and a willingness to learn.
Another challenge came during my first winter season in business. I realized that many Realtors slow their marketing efforts during November, December and January. From my perspective, when business slows down, that is when you double down on visibility and marketing. But I learned quickly that not everyone approaches business that way.
That season taught me an important lesson about planning and diversification. Instead of being caught off guard again, I am now building a more strategic structure that accounts for slower seasons. I am expanding additional services such as website development partnerships, recruiting strategy and broader brand consulting so that my business remains steady year round.
Every obstacle has sharpened me. Each one has made me more strategic, more resilient and more intentional about how I build and serve.
And I truly believe those lessons are what strengthen a business long term.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Viverito Real Estate Consulting serves Realtors, brokerages, home builders and small business owners who are serious about growth and visibility. While real estate is a strong focus, I also work with clients such as staffing firms and RV resorts. At the core, I work with business owners who understand that brand positioning and consistency matter.
I specialize in full-service social media management, branding and AI-driven visibility strategy. I create the content, design the graphics, schedule the posts and actively engage on behalf of my clients. I monitor performance, respond to comments and stay closely connected to what is happening in their business in real time.
For me, this is not transactional. My clients are partners. If a Realtor has an open house on Sunday, I am checking in to see how it went. I want to know if our marketing efforts created traffic or if we need to adjust strategy. I believe in constant refinement and improvement, not just posting and hoping for results.
Brand clarity is another major focus of mine. I help clients define who they are and how they want to be perceived. That includes logo design, platform optimization, Facebook covers, website development and overall brand consistency. I am partnered with a long-time website development team to provide high-level design solutions that support long-term growth.
One area I am especially focused on right now is AI search visibility. The way consumers search for businesses is changing rapidly. Many people are now using AI tools to find recommendations and answers. Because of that shift, I make sure my clients’ platforms are aligned across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and their websites so that their messaging is consistent and optimized for modern search behavior. Visibility today is not just about posting. It is about positioning.
What I am most proud of is the trust my clients place in me. Communication and follow-up are extremely important to me. When I commit to something, I deliver. I am accessible, responsive and deeply invested in the success of the businesses I represent.
I work best with clients who are growth-minded and open to strategy. Building visibility takes effort and consistency. When a business owner is willing to implement strong marketing practices and stay committed, the results follow.
At the end of the day, my role is simple. I help businesses become more visible, more consistent and more intentional in how they show up. And in today’s market, that makes all the difference.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success, to me, is deeply personal.
I have always had a very strong work ethic. I am driven, sometimes to a fault. I care deeply about the work I do and the people I serve. Even when my laptop is closed, my mind is still thinking about ways to improve, refine and grow. That drive has always been part of who I am.
At the same time, I am still learning balance. I admire people who naturally separate work and life. For me, the lines often blur because I genuinely love building, improving and helping businesses succeed. It is not just a job. It is something I feel responsible for.
This week, for example, was personally challenging. Every task required more energy than usual. But success, to me, meant showing up anyway. It meant honoring my commitments. It meant doing what I said I would do, even when it would have been easier to step back.
Doing what you say you are going to do is success.
Communicating clearly is success.
Following through is success.
Success is not just revenue or awards. It is integrity. It is consistency. It is earning the trust of the people who rely on you.
I also believe that success requires alignment. I work best with business owners who are serious about growth and committed to their goals. When that mutual commitment exists, the results are powerful. There is energy, momentum and shared purpose.
And beyond business, I truly believe there are no coincidences. I have been placed in rooms, roles and relationships at the exact moments I was meant to be there. I am grateful for the clients and opportunities that have come into my life, and I do not take that lightly.
For me, success is showing up fully, serving with integrity, growing continuously and trusting that the path is unfolding as it should.
